EQ-{Issue-ID}-{Short-Description}
Commit Format:
EQ-{Issue-ID} | {Issue Title}

The Redmine issue ID must always be included in both the branch name and commit message to maintain traceability between Redmine, Git, Pull Requests, code changes, and production deployments.
